I have been in ministry since the age of 18 years. During this time I have met and befriended many ministers of the Gospel.
My personal ministry as a pastor coupled with the stories of my ministry colleagues has taught me that the life of the pastor and his/her family is not an easy one. Many pastors face a variety of hardship while staying faithful to the gospel message.

It pains me to think that there are pastors who are facing difficulties without the support of those who are the members of their churches. You might not believe me but there are pastors who are battling emotionally, financially and otherwise. There are tears flowing in pastoral families, lack of financial resources, stress from ministry related issues and a host of other challenges are suffice to mention.
In most cases pastors don't have people to talk to about their ministry and personal challenges. They have many members, friends and colleagues but few who can be trusted .
I dont know who your pastor is or who is the one you consider to be used by God to minister Gods Word into your life. However, what I do know is that they need help in some way or the other and you can be instrumental in their life and ministry.
Today is a good day for you to connect with your pastor. Just to greet and to say hello. Just to let them know that someone cares. Perhaps you have the means and the knowledge to aid them in some way and to relieve the pressure. They might not tell you all their troubles but they will appreciate a courteous and heartfelt encouragement from you.
Would you be willing to be a blessing to your pastor? Would you be willing to not only pray for them and their families but to practically find a way to help them by being a blessing. Allow your voice and your presence to be a practical blessing. I encourage you to connect with your pastor and to do something special for them.
Hoping this short message will find good soil because there are just too many hurting and wounded men and women in ministry who are expected to function without complaint while having to absorb the complaints and challenges of many.
PRAY FOR YOUR PASTOR!
Grace and Peace.
