In this post I want to BEGIN to focus on the Tribulation itself, that is, that which happens on earth after the Church has been raptured and also what the order of events will be during this time. This will be a tedious study for which you will require much attention and stamina.
The Tribulation is set in motion just as soon as the rapture has run its course. We know that this event will cause lots of disruption and chaos on the earth. Imagine millions of people having vanished off the earth.
THE BUILD UP TO THE TRIBULATION.
The most notable event of the Tribulation is the revelation of the Antichrist. He is the vessel through whom Satan will sow escalating trials and tribulations on those who are left behind.
When the Antichrist is revealed, he will be revealed to world that has a history of trouble for which they have no solutions. He is revealed at a time when wars, rumours of wars, famines, earthquakes, political turmoil and more, is at its worst and, to include the sudden disappearance of millions of people. This is important to comprehend. The world will be in a mess, and it would have been building up to its worst in the years leading up to the rapture and the revealing of the Antichrist.
The Antichrist will be revealed to a world in a mess in need solutions.
So, when the Tribulation comes into operation the Antichrist becomes the right man for the condition of turmoil the world is in. He will be the one who comes with solutions for the worlds problem including the areas of military might, economic wisdom, political and government strategy, religious restoration and attractive leaderships skills.
Its stands to reason then that the lead up to the Rapture and the Tribulation will be a world seeking for major solutions for which the Antichrist will be the Solutionist whom the Governments and people will accept during the Tribulation.
As previously listed in Part 1, the Tribulation will be divided into two parts of 3½ years each. The first 3½ is known as the Tribulation (better part) and the second 3½ is known is the Great Tribulation (worst part).
Characteristics of Antichrist.
Find below some characteristics of the Antichrist will demonstrate during the Tribulation.
Intelligence: The Antichrist is represented with a notable combination of smarts and deviousness. Revelation 13:18 and Daniel 7:8.
Charismatic Speaker: A charismatic presenter is one way that the Antichrist is commonly portrayed. Daniel 7:8 and Revelation 13:5.
Crafty Politician: The association between political maneuvering and the Antichrist is well-established. Daniel 9:27 and Revelation 17:12, 13, 17 highlight this.
Distinct Physical Appearance: In Daniel 7:20 it is subtly suggested that the Antichrist's appearance is unparalleled, even though it is not clearly defined.
Military Genius: The portrayal of the Antichrist encompasses his skills as a military strategist. Revelation 4, Revelation 17:14, and Revelation 19:19.
In conclusion, the Tribulation period, initiated post-Rapture, will be marked by chaos and the rise of the Antichrist. This figure, emerging amidst global turmoil, will falsely present himself as the solution to the world’s problems, setting the stage for escalating trials and tribulations. Stay tuned for more insights on this complex topic in the End Times.
